a futile 15-year search for truly delicious,
healthy, easy-to-prepare, chemical-free
foods, Mirra, and Aadil Palkhivala (Naturopath,
Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Master)
founded Eastern Essence®. They set
out to do what their friends and business
acquaintances thought was impossible:
to produce delicious, healthy, vital
food grown in harmony with nature, and
to promote chemical-free farming in
India where chemical fertilizers and
pesticides cause severe damage to living
creatures (including humans!) and the
ecosystem. The result is Eastern Essence®
organically-grown meals with the delicious
taste and feeling of the best home cooking!
